Operator and scope

The website operator uses the name neonplum. For personal-data enquiries, contact [email protected]. This notice covers the promotional website and press kit.

The website has no studio account registration, upload form, newsletter or payment system. It does not read your game saves, player data or local game files. Sign-in for private access is provided by the hosting platform.

When you contact us

An email provides your email address, display name, message and any attachments you choose to send. These are used to answer questions, handle press enquiries and respond to your requests, relying on legitimate interests in handling correspondence and maintaining the service, or legal obligations where applicable.

Contacting us is optional and is not needed to browse. We may be unable to reply or handle a request without the necessary details. General enquiries do not require health information, identity documents, passwords, payment details or game saves.

Technical information and cookies

Page requests reach the hosting provider with technical information such as an IP address, time, requested URL and browser details, for delivery, security and access management. The platform may use essential cookies or sign-in information.

Google Analytics is disabled in this website version, and there are no advertising tags. The website code does not create analytics cookies, store data in localStorage or send gallery or video events to analytics services. Cookies set by earlier versions may remain in your browser; you can remove them in your browser's site-data settings.

On your first visit, the website reads the IP country code provided by Cloudflare through this website to choose Thai for Thailand, Japanese for Japan, Simplified Chinese for China and English for other countries or an unsuccessful lookup. It does not request GPS location or contact an additional location service. A VPN may change the detected country. You can always change the language yourself.

Only after you select Accept, we set the optional neonplum_language cookie to remember your language and acceptance for 180 days in this browser. It contains a language code and preference version, not an IP address or unique visitor identifier. Choosing another language updates this cookie only if you have accepted it. Use Cookie settings in the footer and select Reject to withdraw consent and delete this cookie. Hosting sign-in and security cookies are separate and are not deleted by this setting.

Temporary sessionStorage keeps the language and your choice for the current tab so that browsing or declining the cookie does not repeatedly redirect you. No IP address is saved in this preference data, and it is not sent to analytics. This temporary state normally ends when the tab is closed; browser session restoration can retain it. If temporary storage is unavailable, automatic switching is skipped to prevent a redirect loop; the language menu remains available.

Providers and external links

The site uses OpenAI Sites and Cloudflare infrastructure; studio email uses Gmail. These providers may process information internationally under their services and policies. See the OpenAI Privacy Policy, Cloudflare Privacy Policy and Google Privacy Policy.

X and other external links take you to another provider when you choose to open them. No X feed or externally embedded video is included. Press-kit copy buttons write only the selected website text to your clipboard; they do not read its existing contents.

Retention and disclosure

Correspondence is kept as needed to handle and follow up on the enquiry, exercise rights or meet applicable legal obligations. Once no longer needed, it should be deleted or de-identified. The period depends on the matter rather than a single fixed duration for all messages.

Provider-held technical logs and account data follow the provider's policies and service settings. This notice does not promise a fixed deletion period on their behalf. Studio disclosures are limited to what is needed to handle requests, operate services or meet legal obligations.

Your rights and requests

The update date will change when this notice is revised. Adding analytics, accounts or game purchases will require updated information and relevant choices before those features are used. Continuing to browse does not provide consent to additional tracking.
